My visit was on 7/24/26 but I spoke to Asst Mgr Randy over the phone a couple of days before my visit, who helped me choose the tires I needed. He was very nice and patient (Thank you Randy!). On the day of my visit I met Stu, the store Mgr. He too was kind. He explained Road Hazard coverage bc I didn't get expensive tires. I appreciate your help Stu & your customer service. I passed several Mr. Tires to get to this one but a friend suggested this store bc of the quality service and customer service. I will return 😊

I had such a wonderful experience at Mr. Tire, and I especially want to recognize Stu for his outstanding customer service. I came in with my 2-year-old, and Stu truly went above and beyond to make our visit as comfortable as possible. He offered my son a cupcake and a cold bottle of water, and even turned on cartoons to keep him entertained while we waited. It’s rare to find someone who is not only professional but also so thoughtful and kind. Small gestures like these made a stressful situation so much easier, and it showed that he genuinely cares about his customers. Thank you, Stu, for making our visit such a positive experience. Mr. Tire is lucky to have you!

Good morning and thank you for asking for the feedback to start with when I walked into the store. The personnel seem to be bothered not proactively asking what I needed. The service was extremely poor no courtesy no information. I had an emergency with my battery. Your portable charger did not work, so I had to use my personal. I asked him about tires. They had none in stock. They didn’t know the merchandise whatsoever so I provided the details on my tires and my vehicle. All they did went online didn’t offer me no financial options. I had to look around the store with all the advertisement you have around. Went ahead and and proceeded that way. To be very honest before Covid, the person you had in that store was very helpful very knowledgeable, empathetic and took care of your customers. It is very disappointing to see that Mr Tire is not up to its standards anymore.

I’m writing this review to warn others about my experience with this place. I would give them zero star if I could. Back in October 2025, my mother took time out of her day (and spent her money) to help me fix my Nissan Sentra, which I couldn’t get to pass emissions. We were told by a man named Stu that the issue was the catalytic converter. He gave us an estimate, kept my car for several days, and the total came out to almost $1,800—which he claimed was a “discounted” price. The problems started immediately after. We never received a call that the car was ready. We only found out because we happened to drive by and saw it sitting outside all day. When I finally picked it up, there was a rattling noise, and when I took it to emissions, it failed. We brought the car back and were met by Randy, who was very hostile, as if we were bothering him. Stu said he would check it and called the next day saying it was ready again. The rattling noise was still there—and the car failed emissions a second time with the same codes. At this point, we were frustrated. We had just spent $1,800 and nothing was fixed. My boyfriend took the car back a third time because now there were additional issues

I've been going to this location for almost 10 years now. They're efficient. They know what they're doing. Their pricing is reasonable and transparent. They'll also try to save you money where they can without cutting corners. Having a reliable place to take my vehicles has been a huge help. To the Mr Tire team: Thank you guys for everything over the years! I really appreciate you!
